About me
Monique Bertetto is a certified breathwork facilitator trained by Helle Weston & Lukis Mac, the founders of Owaken Breathwork.
I was born very sensitive and could feel energy and spirit ever since I was a kid. But when it was time to ‘grow up’, my educational and career background was focused on the natural sciences, having worked in various research, non-profit organizations and industry. Now I am coming full circle and embracing my innate gifts to help people discover their inner healer and guide, which is where my real passion lies.
